Faq
What paper do you use for your prints?
We print on high quality matte photo paper or gallery-quality paper using 8-colour digital printing and archival inks. This professional combination of ink and paper allows you to achieve very high-quality color reproduction and increases the life of the print to 10-15 years.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Each print is created specifically for your order; we do not store works in a warehouse and do not print large quantities in advance.
Where is my order?
You can find your tracking link in the Email called "Good news - your order is on its way" (if you can't find it in your Inbox, check your spam folder). If you still can't find it, try searching for the order confirmation email with the title "Thanks for your order!". We already provide the tracking so that you can follow the process as soon as possible. Please note that we make each order individually for you and don't have any stock - the production will, therefore, take a few working days.
As soon as orders start their journey to your address, you will be able to see which carrier is taking care of your package.
Your tracking link says 'delayed' and gives no further information. Not to worry! Your non-trackable package is on its way and should be arriving with you soon! We are currently experiencing some delays with non-trackable shipments, if you still have not received your precious cargo after 10 business days, please reach out to us! We are always happy to help.
Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is sent immediately to the same email address you entered while placing your order.
If you have not received this confirmation email, please check your SPAM folder too, just in case.
Sometimes, you could have entered your email address with a small typo, so this would mean we cannot send you any further communication about the order and the tracking.
If after 24 hours you have not received anything, please contact our Customer Support Team so that we can get the order to you.

Merge or combine orders
Unfortunately, orders cannot be merged. When an order is received, the products immediately go into production and cannot be modified, cancelled or combined. We are really sorry about that.
Does my order go straight into production?
As we produce on-demand, your order goes into production immediately after receipt of payment. This happens immediately with all payment methods, except with "advance payment". For urgent deliveries we therefore recommend that you choose a payment method such as credit card or invoice payment.

Can I have my own picture printed?
We are really sorry, we cannot accept any of your personal photos or motifs for printing. Our mission is to make exciting and affordable art accessible to everyone. We choose our artists and designs with a lot of love and care, we hope that, regardless, you will be able to find something on our site that will put a smile on your face every day!
Can I add a design or artist to your website?
Have you discovered a great designer, but one of their designs is missing on our site? We will gladly try to add this design to our shop. Simply write us a short message and we will gladly reach out to the respective artist. Contact email - [email protected]
Can I order prints without the white border?
Each print has a white border so that the design is not concealed when framed. The width of a white border depends on the proportions of the author's work. If the image is a non-standard size, we place it in the center relative to the sheet.
Unfortunately, we cannot resize the image itself to exactly fit your frame or mat.
Can I order sizes which are not available on the website?
Unfortunately, no as the print quality of some designs would diminish if printed in a larger size than what we offer online. We want to ensure that you receive the best quality and offer designs in the largest possible size without it affecting the overall quality.
Who owns the design copyrights?
We're all about giving creators a platform to shine and offer their work to the general public! We make sure their work reaches art enthusiasts far and wide, while still keeping those precious intellectual property rights securely in their hands. It's a win-win for creativity and respect!
